Your plan’s capacity determines how many monitors you can run. One monitor can track many items, such as articles, listings or products. A standard monitor uses 1 unit for weekly or daily checks, or 24 for hourly checks. Pause a monitor to free up capacity.
Broader searches, more frequent checks and information that takes more work to collect can use more capacity. You’ll see how much your monitor needs before starting it.
Yes. Paid plans let you check a monitor on demand, without changing its regular schedule. Each billing month includes 50 manual check units on Starter, 150 on Scale and 600 on Premium. Standard checks use 1 unit; more demanding checks use more. Unused units don’t carry over.
Yes. All paid plans offer add-ons at $19/month. Each adds 25 monitoring capacity units and 25 manual check units per billing month.
We’ll help you configure your first monitors, alert rules and destinations with personalised guidance. We’ll be in touch after you subscribe to get started.
If your monitoring capacity is full, your active monitors continue running as scheduled. To add another monitor, pause an existing one, reduce its frequency or add more capacity.
Failed checks appear in your monitor’s log. We try to resolve temporary problems automatically and notify you if your input is needed. Scheduled checks, automatic recovery and failed on-demand checks don’t reduce your on-demand allowance.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings.
Yes, our Free plan includes one monitor checked weekly, with no credit card required or time limit.
